We are glad you asked about pricing, however, we are afraid that we cannot post prices on the internet. Why? Pricing is entirely subjective to your particular situation and location. Now, for those of you living in Whatcom, Skagit, Island, San Juan or Snohomish Counties,WE WILL give you "guesstemates" over the phone , but we need to talk over some of these variables.

House:

Window Type
Window Size
House Type (stories)
Attic Insulation
Wall Insulation
Floor Insulation
Slab Insulation
House Tightness
Duct Tightness
Duct Insulation

Equipment:

Volume of Air (Size of Blower)
BTU's (Amount of Heat)
2-Stage, 3-Stage or Modulating Gas Valve?
Single Speed, 2-Speed or Variable Speed Blower?
Venting Needed (Metal for 80% or PVC for 92%+)
Metal Fittings (What do we need to make the new one fit?)
Filtration (Will it need to be updated to accommodate new equipment)
Condensate Pump (92%+ Furnaces drip water, where is it going to go?)
Return Air Sizing ("Spec" Type Homes are generally undersized for Heat Pump operation)

Installation:

Crawl Space (Is it safe? Will it be hard or easy to work in, etc.)
Refrigeration Lines to Heat Pump (How far? Feet=$)
Does duct work need repair or insulation?
Location (Travel Time)
